INVITATION

AN AFTERNOON ☕COFFEE UNDER A MANGO TREE🌳

One calm afternoon, Lisha saw John passing by in front of her house. She was sitting on the terrace under the big mango tree. Lisha smiled and called him, “Hey, John, would you like to have some coffee with me on the terrace?” John smiled back and replied, “Sure, I’d love to.”

A few minutes later, they were sitting together under the mango tree, enjoying the warm coffee and the cool afternoon breeze.

While sipping his coffee, John suddenly said, “Lisha, would you like to go fishing with me at the pond near the village?” Lisha looked excited. “That sounds fun! Let’s go.” They walked to the pond and started fishing together. The place was quiet and peaceful.

Suddenly, an angry man came and shouted, “Hey! What are you doing in my pond?” John looked shocked for a second, then quickly ran away without saying a word. Lisha stood there in confusion. “Wait… this isn’t your pond?” she whispered to herself.

The pond owner scolded Lisha, while she was still trying to understand what had just happened. Lisha finally realized that she had no idea the pond did not belong to John.

--**^**--

From the story above, we can see how invitations are used naturally in daily conversations. Lisha invited John to have coffee together, and later John invited Lisha to go fishing. These expressions are examples of invitation, which we often use to ask someone to join an activity, come to a place, or spend time together. In this lesson, we will learn more about how to make invitations, how to accept or decline them politely, and how to use them in real-life situations.

FUNGSI LOGARITMA ✈

 BALADA GEMPA PAK KENTONG 〰

Bukan!

COMPLIMENT

A Beautiful Surprise on Mount Bismo πŸŒ„

One early morning, Aka and his wife, Zee, started their first hiking trip together to Mount Bismo. The trail was quite challenging, with steep paths and cold mountain air. Aka walked in front, occasionally looking back to check on Zee.

At first, Aka felt a little worried. He did not expect Zee to handle such a tough hike. But as time went by, Zee kept walking steadily. She did not complain, and she stayed strong throughout the journey.

When they finally reached the top of Mount Bismo, Aka looked at Zee with admiration and said, “You did an amazing job. I’m really proud of you.” Zee smiled, a little tired but very happy. “Thank you. I didn’t think I could do it either,” she replied.

“Gimana kalau kita hitung keliling Bumi?” πŸ€”

Bukan cuma mikir, beliau benar-benar mencoba menghitungnya.

πŸ™¨ BATIK: ILMU, BUDAYA, DAN POLA YANG TERATUR
