    Lisha had just graduated from a vocational high school a few months ago. Lisha baru saja lulus dari sekolah menengah kejuruan beberapa bulan yang lalu. She was happy, but also worried because she needed a job to help her family. Ia merasa senang, tetapi juga khawatir karena ia sangat membutuhkan pekerjaan untuk membantu keluarganya. Her father had recently lost his job, and her mother was only selling snacks at the market. Ayahnya baru saja kehilangan pekerjaan, dan ibunya hanya berjualan makanan kecil di pasar.

    One morning, Lisha saw a job vacancy for an Administrative Staff in a local company. Suatu pagi, Lisha melihat lowongan kerja untuk posisi Staf Administrasi di sebuah perusahaan lokal. She felt that the job was suitable for her background, since she studied Financial Administration in school. Ia merasa pekerjaan itu cocok dengan latar belakang pendidikannya, karena ia belajar Administrasi Keuangan di sekolah. But then, she thought, “How should I apply for this job?” Namun kemudian ia berpikir, “Bagaimana cara saya melamar pekerjaan ini?”

    She remembered what her teacher once explained: when we apply for a job, we must prepare not only a CV, but also an Application Letter. Ia teringat penjelasan gurunya: saat melamar pekerjaan, kita tidak hanya harus menyiapkan CV, tetapi juga Surat Lamaran Kerja (Application Letter). This letter is very important because it introduces ourselves, shows our skills, and explains why the company should hire us. Surat ini sangat penting karena memperkenalkan diri kita, menunjukkan keterampilan kita, dan menjelaskan mengapa perusahaan sebaiknya menerima kita. With hope and determination, Lisha decided to write her first application letter, believing it could be the first step to change her future. Dengan penuh harapan dan tekad, Lisha memutuskan untuk menulis surat lamaran pertamanya, percaya bahwa itu bisa menjadi langkah awal untuk mengubah masa depannya.

📖 Cerita Lisha (lagi)

    A week after sending her application letter, Lisha received a phone call from the company. Seminggu setelah mengirimkan surat lamaran kerjanya, Lisha menerima telepon dari perusahaan. They invited her to come for an interview next Monday. Mereka mengundangnya untuk datang wawancara pada hari Senin berikutnya.
